These terms apply to customers, dealer applicants, and visitors using the Bhakavathi Amman Agency website for C.R.I. pump enquiries, orders, payment proof uploads, and support.

Orders and Pricing

• Product price, stock, and availability may require final confirmation before dispatch.
• Dealer pricing is visible only to approved dealers after login and verification.
• Orders remain in Pending, Shipped, or Delivered status as updated by the admin team.
• Invoice files uploaded by admin will be available to customers in their order view where applicable.

Payments and Verification

UPI and bank transfer payments may require manual verification. Customers may be asked to upload payment proof. Transaction details help review faster but are not compulsory unless requested for a specific case.

Product Selection and Warranty

Pump selection depends on head, flow, phase, water source, and site conditions. Manufacturer warranty support applies as per C.R.I. terms and invoice availability. Customers should confirm technical requirements before placing orders.
